Flex Tech is searching for a highly motivated Recruiter in the Staffing industry. We are seeking someone who is interested in learning an industry and making a place for themselves LONG TERM.

Our Sr. Recruiters will have strong contact with our client decision makers in presenting candidates, Scheduling interviews and following up after initial introductions. Helping our candidates develop an industry specific resume and set of skills.

ATS / CRM Database management is key to our team environment. Ensuring that All CANDIDATE contacts, are entered properly into ATS / CRM as well as ensuring quality candidates are produced and quality screening is being performed.

As a Branch Team Member, the Recruiters and Sr. Recruiters will be expected to facilitate and participate in team meetings, continual process improvement and staying in touch with our industry standards by meeting clients, attending classes and seminars, ensuring that Flex Tech is always providing the best possible solutions to our clients. As a High-Level Service provider you will be responsible for “hiring slow and firing fast”, both internal and external personnel, always exercising the best judgement when counseling and training employees.

Performance in this position will be measured by the following:

(please don't mistake this for "micro-management". Our team is highly self motivated and "micro-management" is not and will not be necessary with the RIGHT PEOPLE in place)

Identifying, marketing, developing relationships with and recruiting existing and prospective candidates in the Electrical and Low Voltage industry. Ensuring that the team is achieving and maintaining the optimal level of candidate inventory, customer satisfaction ratings, prompt and clear response to client orders, and presenting high quality candidates. Performance in this position will also be measured by adherence to the Flex Tech Database documentation policies, writing, review and critiquing candidate presentations, number of interviews performed, ensuring honesty, accuracy and quality, weekly and monthly branch goal setting and achievement.

Skill marketing (presenting candidates to clients who have not expressed a need) is a big part of our business. Minimum Education & Experience

· Degree or some college preferred (Not required)

· Recruiting Experience

· Social Media experience - Networking and Recruiting

· Customer Service Background

· Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills

· Effective and efficient use of the internet

· Sufficient typing skills / speed is key

· Working in a Team Selling Environment
