Job Description

LHH is assisting a highly respected top 50 AmLaw firm in its search for a Senior M&A Associate. This role provides the opportunity to work on complex M&A buy and sell side transactions and general corporate matters for venture capital and private equity organizations.

This position offers :

• The ability to lead and manage complex M&A transactions and junior associates, from due diligence to deal closure.
• The opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions with a fast-moving nationwide M&A group that has a robust practice.

Qualifications :

• 4+ years of experience with private equity and venture capital M&A transactions as a practicing attorney
• Juris Doctorate degree

Salary and benefits :

The base salary range for this role in the Colorado market is $280,000-$380,000. The benefits include health, dental vision, parental leave and 401K.
