Job Description

Arevna is partnering with a key client who is seeking a Medical Director to serve as a pivotal leader in building their US medical function. In this role, you will bridge advanced medical technologies with real-world patient care by designing innovative services, developing clinical protocols, and ensuring safe, scalable delivery models. Working closely with senior leadership, commercial teams, and R&D, you will lead the design, launch, and expansion of the Medical Services division. You will also collaborate with clinical partners to integrate new services into practice.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Implement Medical Services

  • Develop medical policies and protocols for safe and effective delivery of infusion therapies.
  • Create educational content and training for clinical teams.
  • Represent the organization in client-facing medical discussions.

Ensure High-Quality Patient Care

  • Uphold professional clinical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Draft standing orders for infusion premedication and adverse event management.
  • Lead quality assurance activities and implement continuous improvement processes.

Lead & Support Clinical Teams

  • Supervise advanced practice clinicians.
  • Provide guidance on clinical issues and staff development.
  • Ensure coverage and continuity of Medical Director responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Active state medical license for supervisory role.
  • Board Certification in Oncology and Hematology.
  • 4+ years of clinical practice in Hematology/Oncology.
