What does Power do? 🧬
We make it easy for patients to navigate clinical trials.
What is a clinical trial? 🤔
Before a drug can be marketed as a treatment for a given condition, it has to pass 3 rounds of clinical trials which collectively prove that it's safe & effective.
Wait, who wants to participate in one of those? 🏥
Many of our patients have tried all the approved drugs and nothing has worked for them.
Others have done the research and identified a specific trial they think is very promising.
All of them are excited by the potential to get better.
Okay, back to the job: who are you hiring? 🔍
We need senior product designer to come in and own the patient experience on our marketplace. You'll think deeply about trial discovery, evaluation, and enrollment. Plus, you'll have plenty of opportunities to validate your hypotheses by talking to real patients.
Your PM counterpart is highly analytical (she rocks, you'll love her), and will be excited to partner pretty deeply on on core patient UX. We're in the middle of revamping our search experience & trial pages: we'd love you to lean in here! Outside of core product, you'll also think deeply about how to remove friction and improve comprehension in our account creation flow, with the end goal of helping more patients find a trial that's a fit for their needs.
