As we evolve, we seek a results-oriented Project Manager to spearhead key transformational initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally to drive efficiency and optimize OpEx and COGS strategies alongside operational leadership.
Position Overview:
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in leading strategic projects that impact operational excellence and cost optimization. This position requires a strong leader with experience in managing high-impact projects within a fast-paced, transformative environment while fostering collaboration across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive key transformational projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Partner with Operational Leaders to support initiatives focused on OpEx and COGS improvements.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between finance, operations, and supply chain teams to streamline processes.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure successful execution.
- Identify risks and roadblocks, proactively recommending solutions to ensure project success.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones to executive leadership.
- Continuously assess and refine project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in project management within a publicly traded or private equity-backed company.
- Strong understanding of operational efficiency, cost structures (COGS & OpEx), and business transformation strategies.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to drive results through influence and collaboration across departments.
