Qualifications of a successful candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Master’s Degree preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in C# and .NET.
• Experience with cross-platform iOS and Android mobile development, and working with cloud technologies, web applications and services, and embedded firmware including C#, Microsoft suite (.NET MAUI, Azure, prior experience with Xamarin), Bluetooth, and JSON is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design patterns required.
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines, Git Flow, and general Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with embedded software development is a plus.
• A passion for software development, working in a team, and working with electronics, engines, and control systems technology.
• Ability to work in and around watercraft without special accommodations required.
• Creative ability with strong software aptitude.
