We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the user experience across multiple platforms.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong systems-design experience , capable of mapping out user experiences for multiple user types and ensuring seamless interactions within large-scale software environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of UX strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring intuitive and scalable user experiences.
  • Develop user diagrams, personas, and detailed user flows for various stakeholders, including customers, employees, and other external contractors / teams.
  • Define feature sets and functionalities for multiple user types across different platforms.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user experiences and outlined user journeys with specific detailed feature requirements .
  • Conduct usability testing and iteration to refine and enhance user experiences.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 10+ years of professional experience in UX design, working on large-scale software systems with at least tens of thousands of users .
  • Proven experience in systems thinking and UX architecture , designing platforms with 5-10+ different user types .
  • Strong ability to map out user flows, permissions, and interactions across multiple platforms.
  • Experience working on 3D-based interactive applications is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to execute design solutions effectively.
  • Proficiency in Figma, LucidChart, or similar user experience design tools .
  • Light UI design experience —capable of defining layout structures and functionalities without being responsible for final high-fidelity designs.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field .
  • A passion for what they do and excitement to contribute to applications that affect end users and their lives. 
  • Ability to put yourself in other peoples shoes and strategize as if you were them.
