SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who is extremely creative, thrives on connection and knows how to make a brand feel alive. This person will be the face and force behind all our social channels including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and our blog. You’ll create and edit posts, go live and keep our audience coming back for more. About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a social media strategy that has a cohesive brand voice that’s playful, is community-driven and tells a story through organic and trend setting content
• Lead content creation (photo, video, graphics, captions) from concept to post
• Be the face and voice of our brand on camera— host IG and TikTok Lives and show up consistently in video content
• Maintain a content calendar that aligns with current trends and community events, where you track performance and adjust strategy as needed
• Communicate and collaborate with the design department on social campaigns and drops

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• 2-3 years experience running social media accounts for a lifestyle brand
• Strong video presence and confidence on camera— people are drawn to your energy
• Highly creative, resourceful and comfortable working independently
• Solid understanding and knowledge of what works on each platform—especially TikTok and Instagram
• Experience with content planning tools, basic video editing and light graphic design via Canva
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
• Passion for building inclusive communities and connecting with people
• Must be organized, self-motivated and unafraid of trying new things
