The Role:

Lead the development of their core AI technologies, focusing on:

• Building a Generalizable AI Automation Agent to streamline complex workflows.
• Constructing a Global Knowledge Graph to identify and mitigate risk.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning systems using Python, LLMs, VLMs, and traditional ML.
• Lead the development of key projects, from concept to production on AWS.
• Architect and implement robust data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with the founders to define technical strategy and product roadmap.

What They're Looking For:

• Proven ability to write clean, scalable code and solve complex technical challenges.
• A client-focused approach, with a strong understanding of building solutions that address real-world needs.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude, with a drive to take ownership and deliver results.
• A collaborative mindset and a strong team player.
• Demonstrable experience contributing to open-source projects (active GitHub required).
• Ability to work in person at their San Francisco office.
• Open to all experience levels from fresh graduate to Senior/Staff Engineer.
