We are currently seeking a dedicated Elementary School Special Education Teacher for a full time position this school year in Yamhill County, Oregon

Details You Should Know:

• Location: In-person (no virtual or hybrid option)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours
• Start Date: March 2025
• End Date: June 11, 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Special Education Teacher for a self contained elementary school classroom.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide instruction in a variety of settings, including small group and one-on-one instruction.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress toward IEP goals and adjust instruction as needed.
• Manage classroom behavior and provide a positive, supportive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate student records and communicate progress with parents and school administrators.
• Attend and participate in meetings related to students' education, including IEP meetings.

Qualifications :

• Valid Oregon State Teaching License with Special Education endorsement
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field.
