We’re looking for a bold, strategic, Sr. Learning Experience Designer to support our large financial services client to support the design of hybrid learning solutions around various topics ranging from systems training to product management.
In this role, you’ll work within Clarity’s L&D team, reporting to the Program Manager while collaborating closely with client stakeholders. You’ll lead the charge in aligning business needs with learning strategy, driving clarity, direction, and momentum within the project.
This isn’t just a design role, it’s a leadership role for someone who knows how to step into a room (or Teams room), ask the right questions, and shape solutions that drive business impact.
NOTE: Because this is project-based work, billable hours will vary based on assignment of work and consultant availability.

The pay range is $60 to $65 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
