Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Strategic Marketing Advisor to join our remote team at a leading Veterinary Marketing Agency. As a Strategic Marketing Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued clients. Your primary focus will be on building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and driving the adoption of our services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and experience working with HubSpot CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and marketing needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing strategies and solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to provide updates on campaign progress, identify areas for improvement, and address any concerns or questions.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and deliver regular performance reports to clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Conduct client onboarding and training sessions to ensure a smooth transition and effective utilization of our services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in veterinary marketing to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage client relationships, track interactions, and streamline communication.

Qualifications

  • Google Adwords & SEO Expert WITH veterinary experience
  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing, client success, or account management
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools, and HubSpot CRM
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to conduct and lead client-facing video meetings professionally
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design is a plus
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a bonus, but not required
