Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Dayton, NJ

Type of Employment: Temporary, 3 months

In Office/Hybrid/Remote: In office

Hourly: $25 - $30/hr based on years of experience

**This is NOT a remote role. It is FULLY in office in Dayton, New Jersey

Job Summary:

LHH is partnering with a manufacturing company to hire a temporary Supply Chain Analyst to assist the team with extra work. This role is fully in office with hours from 8:00AM to 5:00PM with a 1-hour break, Monday through Friday. The qualified candidate should have a bachelor's degree in supply chain and logistics, have advanced Excel skills and ideally experience using SAP S4Hana.

Responsibilities:

  • Review inventory levels to ensure they are meeting company expectations
  • Enter orders into SAP S4Hana and flag inventory issues if/when they arise
  • Confirm with vendors that the order is enroute and obtain confirmation of delivery
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Conduct reporting on process improvement areas
  • Work with the warehouse to ensure operations run smoothly

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required, supply chain and logistics
  • At least 1 year of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, specifically advanced Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Possess a high level of mathematical abilities
