Job Title: Project Manager

Contract Type: Contract to Hire

Location: 100% Remote

A leading company in the wholesale distribution industry is growing their PMO! Our major focus for the new year is a Supply Chain transformation, totaling in 10+ net new project initiatives. We are seeking highly skilled Project Managers to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Present project updates, data, and findings to C-suite stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with hands-on experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• Any project with transfer/line hauls experience is a plus
• Any projects with SOP/process experience is a plus
• Any projects with labor tracking experience is a plus
