We're looking for a passionate and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this remote role, you'll play a crucial part in our talent acquisition process, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to create a smooth and positive candidate experience.

What You'll Do:

Be a Candidate Champion: Coordinate interviews, manage logistics, and ensure a seamless interview process for all candidates.
Communication Hub: Facilitate communication between hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Tech Wiz: Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to efficiently move candidates through the hiring process.
Onboarding Rockstar: Partner with the People & Culture team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Process Improvement Pro: Maintain and improve interview coordinator processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively with a global team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Reporting whiz: Provide regular reports and presentations to keep everyone informed.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
A keen eye for detail and a knack for following procedures.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
A passion for building relationships and creating a positive experience for others.
The ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
