Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

We are seeking a Team Member Relations Manager to support our Physician Residents and Core Faculty in all human resource functions. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with employment laws and residency program requirements.

The Manager, Team Member Relations is responsible for:

• The coordination of human resources functions including employment, team member relations, team member services, reward and recognition, regulatory compliance, team member communication and overall operation of the Team Resources Department.
• Serve as a dedicated HR partner for Physician Residents and Core Faculty, guiding them through HR policies, compliance requirements, and employment matters.
• Manage the Resident Remediation process, ensuring appropriate support and adherence to ACGME requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Experience:

• Required: 5 years in Human Resources, including at least 3 years in Employee Relations.
• Preferred: 3 years of management experience.
• Experience in HR functions supporting Physician Residents, including:
• Resident remediation processes
• Compliance with employment laws and accreditation standards
