Location: Remote. Must be located anywhere in the MST or PST time zone, with preference to Salt Lake City, Denver, or Phoenix

Compensation: Base $75K and $140K On Target Earnings with uncapped commissions. Plus a communication and car allowance

Travel: Must be willing to travel 50% within your territory. You will be covering all of the western states.

Role Overview

The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in developing new markets and fostering relationships within the Western territory, including the United States and Canadian provinces. This position focuses on achieving measurable growth while providing exceptional client engagement, ensuring the company remains a trusted leader in medical training innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals.
  • Understand and articulate how the company’s advanced solutions address medical education challenges.
  • Build new client relationships and nurture existing accounts to drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Demonstrate expertise in ultrasound training products to match solutions with client needs.
  • Attend national and regional medical events to identify opportunities and network with key stakeholders.
  • Manage pipelines efficiently using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Collaborate closely with a high-performing sales team to maximize regional potential.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in software, medical products, or capital sales with a proven track record of success.
  • A strong “hunter” mindset with a demonstrated ability to close new opportunities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills to engage medical professionals effectively.
  • Experience in ultrasound sales or clinical knowledge is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities to manage a multi-state territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in biology, life sciences, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
