Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Tile Setter who can work independently on projects, create accurate
layouts based on job site measurements, and deliver top-quality tile installations.
Responsibilities
- Create project plans based on measurements taken on the job site, ensuring accurate tile layouts
that fit the size and shape of each project.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate adhesives.
- Cut, shape, and install tiles on various surfaces, ensuring precise alignment and spacing.
- Apply grout and finish joints between tiles, ensuring a clean and uniform appearance.
- Inspect finished work for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in tile setting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- **Must have a truck or transportation capable of hauling materials and equipment.**
- **Must have personal tile setting tools.**
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various outdoor conditions.
