About the Role:

We are a respected and growing litigation firm, seeking an experienced Tort Litigation Attorney to join our Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in toxic tort or asbestos litigation, excellent courtroom and deposition experience, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. This is an exciting opportunity to handle high-stakes cases in a dynamic and supportive legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of asbestos litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and trials.
• Develop case strategies and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Illinois.
• 1+ years of experience in asbestos or toxic tort litigation.
• Strong deposition and trial preparation skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 – $160,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
