Job Title: Treatment Technician

Position Summary:

Through our comprehensive training, we will equip you with the skills to deliver TMS and SPRAVATO ® treatments and provide compassionate support to patients throughout their treatment journey. Under the supervision of two esteemed TMS experts, Dr. David Carreon and Dr. Noah DeGaetano, you will become a certified Treatment Technician. Qualifications: 

Education:

  • College or Trade School Graduate or equivalent.

Interest:

  • Concern for taking care of people with mental health challenges, especially depression and anxiety.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or equivalent productivity tools.

Personal Characteristics:

  • Outgoing, fluent conversationalist, enjoys interacting with others, encouraging, and positive.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated individual.
  • Ability to contribute to a positive work environment.

Licenses:

  • Current Driver’s License.

Physical Abilities:

  • Able to lift and maneuver 7kg (15lbs) with each arm.
  • Physically able to stand on feet for many hours at a time.

Reliability:

  • Punctuality and the ability to be present on time at the start of each shift.

Availability:

  • Able to work from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or occasional weekends as needed.

Primary Duties Include :

  • Positioning TMS equipment for treatment administration and ensuring proper equipment setup.
  • Monitoring all aspects of the treatment sessions to ensure patient comfort and treatment accuracy.
  • Entering, updating, and maintaining patient appointment information in the CareConnect system.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to patient comfort, coil contact, and TMS system setup during treatment.
  • Collaborating with a team of certified TMS physicians overseeing patient treatment across multiple office locations.
  • Working with a team of trained TMS technicians to deliver high-quality patient care for each individual.
  • Providing patients with information about enrolling in the TMS and Spravato programs.
  • Distributing psychiatric rating scales to assess patient progress accurately.
