Job Description

We are seeking a Director of Rehab for a Travel/Permanent position in MD . Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Location: Salisbury, MD 21804

Pay Rate: $60,000+ plus /year

Duration: Full time

Shift: 8:00 AM : 4:30 PM

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

(Only for US Citizens)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs for the department.
• Supervise and provide leadership to rehab staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
• Manage departmental budget, resources, and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting. 2+ years of DOR experience ideal.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid state and therapist license (PT, OT, or SLP) and proven experience in rehabilitation management. "Required"
