We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Pharmacy Operations to lead our pharmacy partnerships and ensure seamless operations.

We need an experienced pharmacy technician who knows the industry inside and out—someone who can build and maintain strong pharmacy relationships, negotiate pricing like a pro, and proactively address issues before they arise. This role demands strategic leadership, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for advancing pharmaceutical operations.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with our partnered pharmacies.
• Oversee all pharmacy partnership operations and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Strategically negotiate pricing agreements and contracts with pharmacy partners.
• Provide strategic insights to the account management team when dealing with client orders.
• Deliver critical pharmacy pricing and shortage insights to the sales and operations teams.
• Identify and implement innovative pharmaceutical technologies or formulations to improve company offerings.
• Lead the resolution of pharmacy-related issues, ensuring swift problem resolution and proactive measures to prevent reoccurrence.
• Verify and correct discrepancies in invoices, supporting accounting and operational leaders.
• Mentor and lead pharmacy operations staff to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

• Pharmacy Relationship Growth – Expanding and strengthening partnerships.
• Operational Efficiency – Ensuring pharmacy processes run seamlessly with minimal disruptions.
• Revenue Growth – Driving cost savings and enhancing profitability through strategic pricing and partnerships.

How You’ll Execute

• Lead pharmacy-related initiatives with precision and urgency.
• Maintain meticulously updated records of pharmacy documentation and pricing.
• Develop and implement strategies to address shipping policies and inconsistencies.
• Keep management and sales teams informed on the latest pharmaceutical advancements and innovations.
• Drive a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential pharmacy issues.

What You Bring

• Pharmacy Technician Certification with 10+ years of experience in the industry. Compounding 503 B and mail order preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
• A deep understanding of pharmacy operations, pricing structures, and vendor management.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities to guide a dynamic team.
• Strategic negotiation skills and an ability to foster long-term partnerships.
• A proactive mindset with a track record of effective problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
