Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and driven Videographer Team Lead to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for storytelling through video. The Videographer Team Lead will manage the full video production process—from concept to final cut—while leading a team of editors and shooters. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to shape the creative voice of our brands

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, filming, and editing of high-quality video content across digital platforms
  • Develop and manage content strategies that align with brand goals and audience engagement
  • Direct on-camera talent, including company staff, with professionalism and creative clarity
  • Ensure consistent visual and editorial tone across all video projects
  • Assign projects, guide creative direction, and ensure timely delivery from team members
  • Write and edit scripts for video projects
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team talent; conduct performance reviews and foster accountability
  • Oversee production schedules, equipment inventory, and post-production workflows
  • Host and lead creative reviews; provide clear feedback and resolve production challenges proactively

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional video production experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant editing tools
  • Strong portfolio showcasing narrative storytelling, brand alignment, and technical quality
  • Demonstrated ability to direct both crew and on-camera talent effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-first mindset
  • Experience working with marketing or creative teams in a business or agency environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with home services or service-based industries is a bonus
