About the Company

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations, including package scanning, sorting, loading, and driver coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and clear communication with both warehouse staff and drivers. Mandarin fluency is required.

About the Role

This role involves supporting daily operations in the warehouse and ensuring efficient communication with drivers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform pickup scanning upon arrival (typically at 3:30 PM, unless earlier work is required).
• Wait for backend staff to assign routes, then complete vehicle/sorting scans.
• Sort packages by vehicle and perform loading scans to ensure accuracy.
• Assist drivers with vehicle loading and confirm no mistakes are made.
• Monitor drivers’ delivery status using a computer, ensuring correct addresses and resolving issues (e.g., no safe drop-off location, store closures).
• Communicate with management regarding delivery challenges or escalations.
• Occasionally drive company vans to designated service locations for maintenance.
• Work remotely on Saturdays to monitor driver progress (warehouse closed).

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to perform scanning, sorting, and loading tasks with accuracy.
• Comfortable using a computer to monitor routes and resolve delivery issues.
• Valid driver’s license (required for occasional vehicle service runs).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Mandarin language skills is required to support communication with team members.

工作时间：

• 周一至周五：8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 若所有车辆已装载，上午8:00 AM无需到岗，仅需下午3:30 PM到仓库。
• 周六：仓库关闭，仅需远程检查司机送货情况。

岗位职责：

1. 包裹扫描与分拣

• 下午3:30到岗后，使用手机完成揽收扫描。
• 扫描录入系统后，配合后台完成分车及顺序扫描。
• 分类、核对包裹并进行装车扫描，确保无误。

1. 装车管理

• 若车辆未返回，次日8:00 AM需到仓库安排装车。
• 与司机共同装车，确保包裹无误装。

1. 配送支持

• 利用空闲时间通过电脑监控司机送货情况：
• 确认送货地址是否正确；
• 解决送货异常（如无安全投递点、门店关闭等）.
• 必要时及时与主管沟通。

1. 车辆维护

• 当VAN需保养或维修时，负责将车辆送至指定服务地点。

任职要求：

• 工作认真细致，责任心强。
• 具备基本电脑操作与沟通协调能力。
• 有物流或仓库工作经验者优先。
