THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an energetic and self-driven individual with a can-do attitude to add to our warehouse team. You would be joining a fast-paced yet lighthearted atmosphere of workers in the AMANN USA warehouse in beautiful Thornton, Colorado. The Warehouse Lead plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, driving operational efficiency, and promoting a safe and productive work environment. The Lead will perform all warehouse functions on a day-to-day basis, including general maintenance, stocking of supplies, and tracking of all incoming and outgoing goods. The position provides support to sales, ensuring proper and timely shipments following each customer’s specific need. As such, a friendly demeanor and ability to interface with customers in a professional manner are a must. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations including:
  • Inbound receiving (domestic, imports, and returns).
  • Ship all qualifying orders same day, following customer requirements.
  • Interact with will call customers in a professional, confident, and courteous manner.
  • Stock rotation, both in the bins and back stock.
  • Maintain a clean and clutter-free warehouse.
  • Stock supplies needed for shipping (i.e. boxes, strapping, and labels).
  • Manage inventory.
  • Tally packages sent daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Pull and ship transfers to off-site warehouses.
  • Pull and build assembly work orders for kits.
  • Act as a liaison between warehouse associates and Warehouse Supervisor to ensure clear communication and prompt issue resolution.
  • Monitor and balance staffing levels to meet daily operational demands.
  • Plan and coordinate headcount needs for upcoming days based on workload.
  • Ensure daily productivity, quality, and accuracy goals are consistently met.
  • Support the warehouse team by troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Promote and maintain a culture of safety, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Foster a positive team environment through clear communication and accountability.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR COMPANY

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of previous warehouse associate experience, prior lead experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory flow.
  • Knowledge and experience of the business operating system.
  • Basic general computers skills including Microsoft Office, with the willingness and capacity to expand your skills.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs.

WHAT OUR COMPANY IS PROVIDING

  • Expected hourly wage: $30 - $32 an hour
