Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Chatsworth, CA

Pay Rate: $80,000 - $85,000 annually D.O.E.

What’s the Job?

• Take ownership of daily warehouse operations-Shipping, receiving, inventory and staffing
• Optimize warehouse workflows and help streamline systems to boost accuracy and efficiency
• Tackle inventory issues, stock discrepancies, and other challenges head-on with smart solutions
• Train, mentor and motivate your crew-building a strong bench and setting the tone for performance
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and help turn data into action using tools like Power BI
• Enforce safety standards, encourage accountability, and maintain a clean, productive work environment
• Keep up with evolving operations, contribute ideas and grow your leadership skills every step of the way
• Act as a liaison partnering with Sales, Customer Service, Quality and Supply Chain teams to keep communication sharp and orders flowing

What’s Needed?

• 4 years Warehouse Management experience
• You have trained, coached and inspired teams, helping individuals grow while hitting goals
• Experience with promoting and enforcing safety policies daily
• Aerospace Fastener or Distribution Industry background
• Knowledge of Power BI-Pulling reports, and dashboards
• Plan, prioritize and pivot with meeting tight deadlines
• Able to spot and address issues before they become problems and act quickly to keep things moving and on track
• Positive attitude, innovation and integrity
