We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our growing agriculture company in Bakersfield, CA. Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Maintain on-time and proper customer invoicing
• Match purchase orders to vendor invoices, verifying prices and quantities
• Process employee expenditures
• Generate and send monthly statements to customers

Requirements:

• Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not required
• Strong data entry and word processing skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
