What You’ll Do

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance systems for real-time AI-driven call processing.
• Guide junior engineers and establish best practices for a top-tier engineering culture.
• Design APIs, microservices, and data pipelines that power our cutting-edge AI platform.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features.
• Continuously enhance system performance, security, and reliability to support our growing customer base.
• Provide direct technical support when needed and collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years in full-stack or backend development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus experience with Docker & Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in SQL & NoSQL databases with a focus on efficient data models.
• Ability to debug complex issues and optimize system performance.
• A founder-like mindset with autonomy in decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

• Startup experience or working in a fast-growing company.
• Background in AI, NLP, speech recognition, or call automation.
• Strong frontend skills in React, Next.js, or modern frameworks.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices.
