Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney at Burrows + Stutsman LLP in San Diego, CA, with flexibility for remote work. We are currently growing to meet our client's demand for our services. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating on behalf of clients, drafting legal documents, taking and defending depositions, and attending hearings, mediations, and trials. Associates work hand in hand with senior attorneys and are given appropriate autonomy in their case handling while still receiving the mentorship they need to grow in their capabilities as litigators.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges from $110,000 to $130,000+, commensurate with experience. Quarterly bonus program based on total hours billed. Health/Vision/Dental, 401(k), unlimited vacation policy.
