Are you passionate about basketball and eager to get hands-on experience in sports training, youth development, and business operations? We’re looking for a motivated and reliable intern to join our growing basketball training program.

• Assist with organizing and running basketball training sessions (youth-focused)
• Help set up drills, manage equipment, and support players during workouts
• Record and edit short-form training content for social media (Instagram, TikTok)
• Take attendance, manage scheduling, and help with client communication
• Participate in marketing campaigns and community outreach
• Shadow lead trainer and learn the ins and outs of growing a sports-based business

• High school senior, college student, or recent graduate preferred
• Strong passion for basketball and interest in coaching or player development
• Great energy with kids and young athletes
• Comfortable on social media (bonus if you’ve created sports content before)
• Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn
• Available 8–12 hours/week, including weekends

• Hands-on coaching and sports training experience
• Behind-the-scenes look at how to grow a basketball business
