Our client is a leader in multi-cloud platform implementation within the construction domain, is seeking a Dell Boomi Integration Engineer/Developer. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience in integration and software development, with a deep focus on Dell Boomi and cloud integrations. Candidates with a construction domain background are preferred but not mandatory. This role requires proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or C#) and experience with DevOps, particularly GitHub Actions .
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Design & Development:
•Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions between cloud-based and on-premises applications using the Boomi AtomSphere platform.
•Collaborate with business users and 3rd party engineers to define, manage, and create technical specifications for integration and applications.
•Develop business logic, user interfaces, and integration endpoints based on functional designs and user requirements.
Project Management:
•Estimate project requirements and timelines.
•Ensure integration solutions align with industry best practices, design patterns, and organizational policies.
•Monitor and communicate development requirements to vendor-partners, ensuring the quality of deliverables.
Testing & Continuous Integration:
•Write and execute unit and performance tests, leveraging continuous integration methodologies.
•Maintain a strong focus on high-quality delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
DevOps & Workflow Automation:
•Implement DevOps practices using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
•Utilize Boomi Flow or equivalent low-code UI/workflow platforms to streamline processes.
Experience:
•3 years of experience in developing software applications and integrations.
•Hands-on experience with the Dell Boomi Integration platform or an equivalent integration tool.
•Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or C#.
•Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture).
•Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
•Knowledge of modern web service architecture (JavaScript, Groovy, ReactJS, NodeJS, AngularJS).
•Familiarity with Autodesk APIs and data integration is a significant plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Domain Expertise: Experience in the construction industry and familiarity with construction ERP platforms such as CMiC, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Oracle Primavera, or similar.
•Certifications: Dell Boomi Certification or equivalent is preferred.
Technical Skills:
•Hands-on experience with DevOps tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
•Experience with Boomi Flow or similar low-code UI/workflow platforms.
•Good understanding of Swagger (OpenAPI/Swagger) REST API specifications.
