About the Role

In this role, you will deliver expert clinical and technical support across a designated territory, focusing on both bradycardia and tachycardia device platforms. The CS serves as a trusted resource to physicians, clinical staff, and the sales team—supporting implants, delivering product education, conducting follow-ups, and leading in-service training. This position reports to the Regional Sales Director and will collaborate closely with local sales representatives to align on daily priorities and customer support needs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong clinical foundation, professionalism, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge cardiac technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert clinical and technical support across a designated territory.
• Focus on both bradycardia and tachycardia device platforms.
• Serve as a trusted resource to physicians, clinical staff, and the sales team.
• Support implants, deliver product education, conduct follow-ups, and lead in-service training.
• Collaborate closely with local sales representatives to align on daily priorities and customer support needs.

Qualifications

• Electrophysiology Nurse, EP Tech, Cardiac Device Tech.
• OR Those working at Boston Sci, Medtronic, Abbott in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM).

Required Skills

• Strong clinical foundation.
• Professionalism.
• Passion for improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge cardiac technology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the cardiac device field.

Pay range and compensation package

Field Clinical Specialist- $80k-120k base $10k+ bonus
