Project Manager

Full-Time | Hybrid (3 days on-site)

One of our small agency clients, is looking for a highly organized and collaborative Project Manager to guide creative and marketing projects from concept through execution. You’ll serve as the go-to resource for internal teams and clients alike - ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.

You Will:

  • Build project plans, manage resources, and develop budgets that support successful project delivery
  • Act as a reliable secondary point of contact for clients when Client Success Managers are unavailable
  • Oversee day-to-day execution of creative and strategic projects—ensuring deliverables meet scope, timing, and quality standards
  • Spot scope creep early and coordinate change orders as needed
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date project information in our agency management system
  • Allocate internal and external resources based on project needs and timelines
  • Manage project workflow and review deliverables to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Lead internal project meetings and resource planning discussions
  • Summarize and share key insights from client meetings with the broader team
  • Monitor and report on project profitability, timelines, and team utilization
  • Use performance data to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Partner with Client Success Managers to ensure accurate billing and reconciliations

You Have:

  • 2+ years of project management experience in a marketing, creative, or production environment
  • Strong familiarity with project management software (experience with Workamajig is a plus)
  • A proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines with confidence
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • A collaborative attitude and the ability to build trust across teams
