Primary Services is excited to announce the role of CRM Communications Analyst for our client, a leading player in the energy sector. In this role, you will monitor and execute digital communication initiatives across channels, ensuring regulatory compliance, technical accuracy, and high-impact customer engagement. This position is ideal for an analytical communicator with a strong digital mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit customer communications across multiple brands for compliance, accuracy, and impact.
• Develop and manage content, templates, and data element mapping for digital outreach.
• Perform quality assurance on links, images, subject lines, and dynamic content.
• Use HTML to troubleshoot, edit, and proof communication assets.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to understand campaign requirements.
• Participate in creative development sessions and offer solutions for communication strategy.
• Create and manage documentation for recurring processes and campaign execution.
• Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud activities and assist with testing and deployment.
• Deliver regular updates to stakeholders and contribute to post-launch performance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement in digital outreach through automation, UAT scripts, and data-driven analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on product development timelines and campaign rollout schedules.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience required.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, IT, consulting, or project management preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred.
• Proficient in HTML; experience with Dreamweaver and Photoshop preferred.
• Familiarity with CAN-SPAM Act and SMS compliance best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver high-quality work on time.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI, and MS Project.
