About the Role

As a Management Trainee, you will gain firsthand experience in key business operations. This position is designed to develop future leaders by providing training in business strategy, sales, marketing, and project management. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to company success, and develop the skills needed for a rewarding management career.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Strategy Development: Support the creation and execution of business growth initiatives. Identify emerging opportunities and assist in optimizing strategies.
• Client Relations: Engage with clients at private site events, build lasting relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure business objectives are met. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign success.
• Sales & Performance Tracking: Assist in achieving sales targets by identifying leads, presenting products/services, and closing deals. Provide progress reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Project Coordination: Oversee various projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met efficiently.
• Operational Support: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence to keep business operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A team player with a proactive attitude
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
