About the Role:

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Fine Jewelry Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who thrives in a client-focused environment and has a natural ability to connect with people. Success in this role means creating memorable experiences, building lasting relationships, and helping clients find pieces they’ll cherish forever.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in a warm, personalized manner
• Educate clients on diamonds, gemstones, metals, and our custom design process
• Guide customers through the selection of engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewelry
• Collaborate with jewelry designers to create one-of-a-kind custom pieces
• Build long-term client relationships through follow-up and exceptional service
• Support inventory management, including restocking, merchandising, and tracking product flow
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaigns, content ideas, and UGC opportunities
• Maintain store appearance and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
• Stay up-to-date on current inventory, trends, and product knowledge

Qualifications

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for fashion, creative design, and the world of fine jewelry
• Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic retail environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and a polished presentation
