Job Description

Position Summary

The Head of Operations will oversee all day-to-day operations across our network of auto body repair centers. This individual will be responsible for scaling the business post-acquisition, improving operational performance, and driving integration across newly acquired locations. This is a key leadership role that requires a high-impact operator with experience in multi-unit service businesses, preferably in auto services, retail, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all field operations, ensuring KPIs are met across safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional management team.
  • Develop and implement scalable operational systems, processes, and best practices to support rapid growth.
  • Collaborate with the M&A and integration teams to onboard and operationalize new locations.
  • Establish and monitor operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Partner with finance to develop annual budgets, forecasting models, and profitability initiatives.
  • Work with HR and training departments to build workforce development programs, technician retention strategies, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, performance excellence, and strong operational discipline.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in operations leadership roles, ideally within multi-site service businesses.
  • Demonstrated success scaling operations in a high-growth or private equity environment.
  • Experience in auto collision repair, auto services, retail services, or logistics preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen and operational analytics skills.
  • Track record of successful team leadership, strategic planning, and execution.
  • Ability to lead through change and ambiguity in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven setting.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to site locations.
