The Opportunity

You will be collaborating with and supported by a team of consultants who specialize in strategic skill sets along the drug development lifecycle, offering our clients unrivaled delivery of critical talent in niche areas on a contractual basis.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience
• Proven background in pharma/biotech recruitment with contract placements
• Experience working at a Life Sciences Recruitment Agency
• 360 recruitment background with experience sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent
• Experience manage the end-to-end recruitment process for pharma and biotech clients
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
