Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Develop litigation strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and clients
• Maintain case files, deadlines, and ensure compliance with legal procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to litigation practice

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar
• 3+ years of experience in civil litigation
• Experience with case management software and legal research tools
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
