Job Description
JDP is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Orangeburg, NY area! The candidate will be responsible to work with multiple departments including Operations, Supply Chain & Quality to develop and execute maintenance strategy, plans, and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Operations to determine software utilization and methods for effectiveness.
- Ensure equipment, facilities, utilities, and grounds are operating efficiently and safely.
- Oversee the development, revision, review and approval of all maintenance work instructions and operations procedures.
- Develop, set, track and report on maintenance CMMS Software and Metrics and analyze performance as means to drive improvement.
- Perform root cause analysis.
- Utilize new technology, equipment, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Manage maintenance spending/yearly budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 7+years maintenance experience in manufacturing environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Experience leading a team
- Ability to establish and manage relationships at all levels
- Experience with CMMS
