We're hiring a Marketing Coordinator!

The Role:

As a Marketing Coordinator , you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team by organizing and executing key initiatives that drive brand awareness, product launches, and promotional campaigns. You will collaborate across departments to develop impactful marketing materials, optimize marketing channels, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. Your ability to manage projects, analyze data, and create high-quality presentations will directly contribute to the effectiveness of our marketing strategies.

What You Will Accomplish (KPIs):

  • Marketing Asset Management: Ensure timely updates and accuracy of marketing materials, reducing outdated content.
  • Campaign Effectiveness: Contribute to successful product launches and promotions, increasing customer engagement and brand reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track marketing assets, initiating updates as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to determine the best communication channels for target audiences.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for collecting project requirements and managing work requests.
  • Assist in developing high-quality presentations and reports for leadership.
  • Support product launches, promotions, events, and rebranding efforts by coordinating key campaign elements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing collateral.
  • Analyze and report on KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Occasionally work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support key campaigns.


Performance-Based Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Minimum: Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


Experience:

  • Minimum: 2 years of related marketing experience.
  • Preferred: 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in direct selling.


Demonstrated Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report marketing performance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.


Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to anticipating obstacles and finding solutions.
