Job Description

Bill Knight Lincoln is seeking a highly skilled and certified Lincoln Bumper-to-Bumper Service Technician to join our elite service team. As a master certified technician for one of the most refined and luxurious American automotive brands, you’ll be entrusted with maintaining the performance, safety, and sophistication our Lincoln clients expect. You’ll work in a clean, air-conditioned shop using the latest OEM technology to diagnose, repair, and service Lincoln vehicles to factory standards.

To be successful, the ideal candidate must:

• Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on all Lincoln vehicle systems—bumper to bumper.
• Utilize Lincoln diagnostic software and OEM tools to ensure precision and quality.
• Conduct multi-point inspections to identify current and potential service needs.
• Accurately document work performed and communicate clearly with service advisors.
• Deliver a service experience that aligns with the Lincoln brand's commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
• Maintain current Lincoln certification through ongoing training and development.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications:

• Current Senior Master Certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive technician experience, with a strong preference for Lincoln or Ford service backgrounds.
• Proficient in modern diagnostic and repair tools and software.
• High level of professionalism and customer-first mindset.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or ASE certifications a plus.
