Job Description

We’re hiring on behalf of a cutting-edge company that provides technology to support a cleaner, more efficient world.

They’re looking for a Customer Service & Billing Specialist with strong B2B experience and hands-on knowledge of Microsoft D365 (ERP/CRM) . You’ll support clients, manage AP/AR , and keep invoicing on track—working closely with customers and the internal team via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.

🧾 What You’ll Do:

  • Support clients with billing, payment, and customer service questions
  • Handle invoicing, accounts payable & receivable
  • Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 for ERP/CRM tasks

🛠️ Must-Haves:

  • Microsoft D365 (ERP/CRM) experience
  • Excel proficiency
  • Strong B2B communication (phone/email)
  • Experience with invoicing and AP/AR

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Stripe and/or OneHub

📅 This is a 3–6+ month temporary role with the potential to become a permanent, hired in position.
