The Role:

AE is looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Office Manager to be a support system for the entire team. You must take ownership for the organization of daily business activities and administrative tasks. No day is ever the same as you shift your focus between office admin responsibilities and assisting other functions within AE, like HR, finance, and executive support. You will wear many hats and your work will demonstrate how little things add up to make a big impact.

This role is approximately 32 hours per week, generally Monday – Thursday. While you will have some opportunity to work from home, you will report to the Madison office each day.

A Day in the Life:

  • Own office administrative activities
  • Ensures the office maintains a professional image
  • Assist AE leadership team with projects as assigned
  • Order and manage office and break room supplies
  • Assist with record keeping and data entry
  • Monitor phone and email communication
  • Serve as the point person for vendors, maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, catering, filing, storage and archiving
  • Coordinate and schedule company meetings
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Participate in special projects and events

What You’ll Need:

  • High School diploma
  • 3-5 years of experience of office management
  • Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must demonstrate unwavering discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Experience with HRIS, CRM, and/or accounting systems is a big plus
  • Forward Thinker and Champion for the Team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self- starter, analytical and a resourceful problem solver
  • Positive and upbeat demeanor
  • Great follow up skills
