A key part of this role will be implementing training and standards for the GX team, and building strategies to drive upsells and personalization across our guest touchpoints.

About French Cowboys Hospitality

French Cowboys Hospitality was founded by two childhood friends, Dylan and Franklin, who grew up speaking French to their fathers and English to their mothers. Our mission is to create unforgettable experiences by blending cultures and restoring unique properties with rich histories. With a deep respect for craftsmanship and community, we aim to preserve the local character of every destination we touch—while offering guests modern luxury and warm, personal service.

Our collection of hotels across the Texas Hill Country and beyond are places of comfort, creativity, and connection. From historic inns to event-forward spaces, we design every property to feel both timeless and alive.
