Job Title: CSR Planner (Customer Service & Planning)

Location: Foxborough, MA 02035

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $25–$27/hr (W2, no benefits)

Contract: 1-Year with Potential for Full-Time Conversion

Work Type: 100% Onsite

Interview Process: Initial Video Interview → Final Onsite Interview

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CSR Planner to join a dynamic team at a busy manufacturing facility. This role plays a key part in supporting customer order management, cross-functional coordination, and process improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and manage customer orders in Salesforce
• Assign and coordinate tasks across internal teams
• Address customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery timelines, and billing
• Collaborate with internal departments including planning, purchasing, distribution, and sales
• Maintain and update records using systems such as SAP, Quote to Cash, and other internal tools
• Help drive internal meetings and initiatives as part of a team of ~20 professionals

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience in customer service, planning, or order management (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access); SAP experience is a plus
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, structured environment
