Candidates MUST reside in Florida OR be willing to relocate

Responsibilities:

• Have a key and strategic operating role to the organizational leadership and plays an important role in the achievement of the overall success of the BayCare Health System.
• Works with multi-functional teams and leadership to develop, execute and complete selected improvement projects.
• Provides a hands-on approach to problems, planning and people associated with all aspects of the Process Improvement initiative.
• Actively leads teams in problem solving efforts, identifying and removing barriers that prevent attainment of project goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Lean Six Sigma – Green Belt acquired within one year of hire date/transfer date
• Bachelors Degree in Related Field and 3-5 years of project management or related experience.
