Program Manager, Community Rehabilitation and Treatment Services (CRT)

SCOPE
Under the guidance of the CRT Director, the CRT Program Manager will be responsible for a wide range of essential functions, including staff supervision, crisis management, program evaluation, and community engagement. This role also involves overseeing budgetary controls and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision: Provide clinical and administrative supervision, manage scheduling, and delegate tasks to meet program goals.
  • Crisis Management: Offer support for crisis and emergency mental health services, including screening and intervention.
  • Client Management: Oversee referrals, enrollments, and discharges in the Newport/Derby CRT program.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage program budgeting, monitor finances, and oversee grant awards.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in program design, development, and community engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work cooperatively with organization, community, and state personnel.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training for CRT service personnel and peers.
  • Stigma Elimination: Promote community integration and reduce stigma for clients.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in an appropriate human services field.
  • Must be State QMHP certified or gain certification within six months of assuming position.
  • At least 3 to 5 years mental health experience at a professional level.
  • Supervisory experience
  • Certification or licensure as a mental health (LCMHC), clinical social worker, psychologist, or an alcohol and drug counselor (CADC/LADC), or licensure considered equivalent.
Salary & Benefits
