Position: Project Coordinator

Location: Princeton Junction, NJ (Local candidates only)

Travel: Weekly visits to Raritan, NJ required

Work Arrangement: On-site, 5 days a week

Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE with Quantum)

SALARY : $50K/Annum

Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator who is a self-starter and can effectively work with multiple teams to ensure project deliverables are met. This position supports the Site IT Leader on both local and global IT initiatives and requires excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Site IT Leader with IT projects, initiatives, and general coordination needs.
• Work on diverse areas including ALM/TLM, Cybersecurity, Audit, Asset Management, Local Change Control, ITSM, Quad Meetings, etc.
• Conduct regular technical team meetings to track project progress and address challenges.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders to identify issues, implement solutions, and improve processes.
• Understand and work within GxP-compliant environments.
• Collaborate with business teams and JJT stakeholders to manage business requirements.
• Create and manage project, communication, and resource plans.
• Assist with day-to-day operational support.

Requirements:

• Must be local to the Princeton Junction, NJ area.
• Ability to commute to Raritan, NJ multiple times per week.
• Prior experience in IT coordination or project support.
• Familiarity with GxP standards and IT processes is a strong plus.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
