Position Summary

Manages and oversees the delivery of real estate facility management services, expenses, and capital projects. Manages real estate facility management workplace services, operations, and asset planning activities.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with business partners to deliver all facilities management services quality assurance.
  • Develops and implements facilities management policies and procedures that align with the organization's objectives.
  • Oversees and supervises terminal inspection audits for all owned, leased, and potential locations.
  • Ensures regulatory and lease agreement compliance and maintains a healthy and safe working environment.
  • Facilitates and negotiates service contracts with business partners.
  • Conducts routine safety audits and addresses discrepancies.
  • Tracks and monitors invoices and work orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Trains and coaches cross-functional teams on maintenance work and safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of property management experience.
  • Possesses Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Real Property Administrator (RPA) certifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
